This is a bipartisan problem affecting multitudes of people across America and it needs to stop:

37 Seconds: Nataline Sarkisyan died at the age of 17. Doctors said a liver transplant could have saved her life. Cigna denied her the liver transplant (because her chances of survival were not above 50% (not explained in video)). Cigna CEO Ed Hanway is retiring with a 73 Million dollar golden parachute. That's enough to pay for 292 liver transplants.
